| Executive Chef Palomino |
Chef Palomino joined Dolce International in October of 2000 when Dolce acquired the management contract for the American Airlines Training & Conference Center. Chef Palomino has trained at the C.I.A., the Educational Institute, and the Conrad Hilton. As the Executive Chef at American Airlines Training and Conference Center in Ft. Worth, he has been featured twice in Gordon Elliott's "Follow That Food" on the Food Network.
Chef Palomino worked in a broad range of freestanding restaurants before joining the hospitality industry with the Sheraton Corporation. He worked for Sheraton for 12 years before he joined Richfield Hospitality Services in 1984. Chef Palomino traveled extensively with Sheraton and Richfield as an active member of their transition teams.
