Conference
Conf. Houseperson   
Maintain daily knowledge of daily scheduled group functions, times, locations and group numbers. Must set-up and clean designation function room to group’s requirements in accordance with hotel standards. Must be able to read Banquet Event Orders to ensure proper set-up and detailing of rooms. This position involves moving table and chairs, refreshing the meeting rooms as well as assisting with Coffee Breaks and Shipping & Receiving. Stock and organize supply carts with designated materials and equipment and transport them carefully to prevent injuries and damage. Must be able to read and write the English language. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Experience preferred but not required.
Food and Beverage
Lead Steward   
Prepares equipment setups for banquet and dining functions based on banquet set-up sheets. Maintain kitchen, dish-rooms and storage areas in an organized manner. Performs weekly inspection of all kitchen areas and equipment to guarantee sanitation standards. Supervises staff to guarantee procedures are being followed. Must be able to push, pull, bend, life 50 lbs or more, stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Effectively communicate in written form in English and Spanish. This position requires a minimum formal education of some high school and a minimum of one-year job-related experience.
Storeroom Clerk   
This position will entail stocking shelves, cleaning and organizing storage rooms including refrigerator, freezer and dry store room. 4 hours will be working within the Purchasing department and the remaining 4 hours will be working in the Stewarding department. Assisting with trash removal, working in dish room, cleaning, sweeping and moping as needed. Significant portions (more than 50%) of daily assignments involve prolonged standing, transporting material or equipment, or lifting, moving, or carrying heavy (over 30 pounds) materials for intermittent periods throughout the day.
Food Court Supervisor   
Recommends food and beverage policies, procedures, and standards. Communicates issues, resolves problems, and develops leadership direction. Monitors the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure maximum customer service. Checks Food Court, dining room, food stations, and kitchen areas for cleanliness, proper set up, and sufficient supplies and equipment. Work regularly requires or varies between day, evening, night, holiday, or weekend assignments. Must have a minimum of 1 year dining room and/or banquet supervisory experience.
Food Server   
Prepare all items to ensure quality of products to guests. Position requires transporting heavy food products. Must check and control the proper storage of products to maintain quality and safety of items. Ensure that all equipment in work areas are clean and in proper working condition to comply with Health Department Regulations. Must be able to speak conversational English. Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required. Position entails prolonged standing.
Food and Beverage Supervisor   
Responsible for ensuring a high level of food & beverage service to all guests. Must be versatile in the performance of duties to fulfill the unique and ever-changing needs of our clients. Must have a minimum of one (1) year Dining Room and/or Banquet Supervisor experience. Candidate must have working knowledge of multiple liquors, beers and wine. Good communication skills are essential to success in this position. Must be flexible, detailed-oriented and a self-starter with a strong emphasis on superior customer service and training. Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Human Resources
HR Coordinator   
Provides efficient benefit plan administration. Maintains all benefits and compensation programs. Completes necessary forms in response to disability and worker’s compensation insurance claims. Reviews claims to ensure that benefit payments are accurate and comply with company policy. Answers questions and resolves associate problems related to insurance payments. Administers employee accident reports. Distributes legally required summary plan descriptions and other information literature to notify and advise associates of eligibility for benefit programs and to ensure legal compliance. Facilitates training programs and processes. Plans, organizes and facilitates associate functions. Position requires a minimum of a formal HS diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in MS word, excel. Must be able to speak conversational Spanish. 1 year job related experience referred but not required.
Rooms
houseperson - hskp   
Responsible for keeping all corridors, entrances, vending and laundry areas on guest floors clean and neat. Assist room attendants with moving heavy furniture and/or equipment as required. Assist with stocking all Housekeeping closets with linens and other supplies. Physical activities include frequent carrying and lifting of objects weighing up to 25 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Previous experience preferred but not required. Must be able to speak conversational English. Ability to work weekends and holidays is required. Position entails prolonged walking and standing.
Room Attendant   
Responsible for cleaning 19 guest rooms per 8 hour shift. This includes making beds, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms. Replaces guest room amenities as necessary. Must be able to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines. Previous experience preferred but not required. Position entails prolonged walking and standing. Ability to work weekends and holidays is required.
Sales and Marketing
Global Sales Manager   
3 YEARS + experience. Must prospect, solicit, book and coordinate group room sales to meet and exceed profit and revenue goals. Strong negotiation skills, focused, driven, and a team player. Must manage a sales territory/segments to achieve targets. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal. Candidate must develop new accounts upon which to call. Occasional light travel will be required. Schedule varies according to business demands and needs.
Sales Administrative Asst.   
Must support the Sales and Marketing managers with administrative tasks. Interact and assist clients with their needs. Must be proficient in MS Word & Excel. Must have one (1) year hospitality experience. Good communication skills (proper grammar, clear diction) are essential. Delphi proficiency a plus! Must thrive in a fast-paced environment that involves continual last minute changes and daily deadlines to meet. Superior organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are necessary.
